How minutes are billed
Calls are metered in whole minutes (rounded up) with a 1-minute minimum. A typical pizza order runs about 7 minutes. Carrier abandons under 5 seconds are free.
Order processing
OrderPizza.app adds 1% per processed order, separate from Stripe processing, calculated only on food subtotal. Tax, tips, and delivery fees are excluded.
Multi-store pooling
Every store on a tenant contributes its included minutes to one shared pool. A slow location subsidizes a busy one — no juggling plans store-by-store.
